Jennifer Schwarz is the current VP of Learning & Public Programs at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the field of education, with a focus on environmental science. Jennifer has worked extensively with citizen science initiatives and has been a lead science educator for several organizations. Jennifer received their doctorate from Northwestern University in 2005 and has been working in the public sector ever since.
Jennifer Schwarz has a PhD in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business, and coursework in Plant Biology and Conservation from Northwestern University. Jennifer also has an MA in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and a BA in German Jennifer'story & Literature from Reed College.
