Kashif Nadeem

Kashif Nadeem is an experienced HR professional with over 31 years of strategic leadership in Human Resources, Government Relations, and Recruitment, primarily within the EAME regions. Currently serving as the HR Manager for CB&I, Kashif has a proven track record in orchestrating comprehensive staffing solutions, optimizing performance management, controlling wage structures, managing training and development, and spearheading recruitment campaigns to achieve organizational success. Prior to this role, Kashif held positions as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at CB&I and served as Human Resources Manager for Project Staffing at McDermott International Inc. Kashif holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of the Punjab, earned between 1987 and 1989.
