Merchant Darrell

Merchant Darrell has a strong background in construction field engineering and power plant management. Merchant has held various leadership roles, including Director of Construction Field Engineering at CB&I and The Shaw Group, and Director of Construction Field Engineering at Stone & Webster. Merchant also has experience as an Operations/Maintenance Manager at NRG Energy, where they were responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementing operations and maintenance activities. Darrell is skilled in leadership, organization, planning, delegation, team building, project management, and budget/cost control.

Merchant Darrell received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy from 1973 to 1977. Merchant also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of New Haven from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they attended jonesport/beals high from 1969 to 1973, earning a Tech college degree.
