Eric Waters

Eric Waters currently serves as the Director of Health and Performance for the Chicago Bulls, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Eric was the Medical Coordinator of US Freeski Medical Services, Clinical Specialist, and Athletic Trainer for United States Ski and Snowboard from June 2023 to June 2024. From August 2017 to June 2023, Eric was the Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Medical Services for the Utah Jazz. Eric’s extensive experience in athletic training began with the Washington Wizards from August 2004 to June 2016 as Head Athletic Trainer, and earlier roles with the Chicago Bulls from August 2000 to August 2004 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. Eric holds a Master's in High Performance Sport from Australian Catholic University, a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Boise State University, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training/Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of Iowa.
