Aaron Witz

Aaron Witz is a seasoned professional in the fields of massage therapy and strength and conditioning, currently serving as the Major League Massage Therapist for the Chicago Cubs since January 2022. Prior to this role, Witz was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Primetime Sports Performance and a Licensed Massage Therapist at Total Body Health Center S.C. Witz also contributed to the education of future massage therapists as an Adjunct Instructor at Harper College, specializing in Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, and Kinesiology. Witz's extensive experience in massage therapy includes previous positions at Advanced Physical Medicine & Therapy and XSport Fitness. Witz holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University and a Therapeutic Massage certificate from Harper College.
