Zach Chen

Zach Chen currently serves as the HRIS and Analytics Manager for the Chicago Cubs, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Zach worked as a Workday Systems Administrator at Nuro, where responsibilities included supporting the company’s HRIS system and consulting on internal decisions to enhance user experience, from October 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Time Tracking & Absence Management Consultant at TopBloc, implementing Workday solutions for over 30 clients across various industries, and multiple positions at Hub Group, focusing on managing technology integration in a fleet. Zach began a professional career as a Management Analyst at Inteplast Group, managing inventory processes, and also accumulated research experience at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science was earned.
