Jose Cid

Jose Cid has been working as a Chef in various restaurants since January 2010. Jose held the position of Chef at Bistro 110 from January 2010 to May 2014, then moved on to become the Executive Chef at Harry Caray’s Navy Pier from April 2012 to May 2015. Jose then served as an Assistant Chef at Fultons on the River from February 2015 to August 2016, and currently, Jose is working as a Sous Chef at Chicago Cut Steakhouse starting from January 2014. Jose has demonstrated culinary expertise and leadership in their various roles in the restaurant industry.
