Mark Trembacki

Mark Trembacki is an experienced executive and board director with a prominent history in both the nonprofit and financial sectors. Since September 2005, Mark has served on the board of the Chicago History Museum, holding various leadership roles, including Vice Chair and Treasurer, and has played a key role in the merger with the Chicago Metro History Education Center. Currently, Mark is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Busey Corporation, which operates numerous locations and manages substantial assets. Additional board roles include co-chairing strategic planning efforts at DuPage Children's Museum and leading significant initiatives at Risk Management Levers, Inc. Mark has also held executive positions at BMO Financial Group for nearly three decades, focusing on risk management and operational leadership. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BS in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security Management from the University of Virginia.
