Patrick G. McGuire

Patrick G. McGuire has a diverse work experience in various law enforcement and correctional agencies. Patrick G. started their career at the Cook County Department of Corrections as an Administrative Auditor in 2008 and held this role until 2012. Patrick G. then joined the Illinois Department of Corrections as the Chief of Performance Based Standards/Executive Assistant to the Director from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they transitioned to the Cook County Sheriff's Department as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operations Analyst in the CompStat Unit at the Chicago Police Department.

Patrick G. McGuire holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Illinois State University. Patrick G. also has additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Chicago Deming Association (CDA) obtained in 2015, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute obtained in December 2015, and Associate Real Estate Trainee Appraiser from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained in September 2022.
