Christine Judson

Christine Judson, SPHR, serves as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Chicago Public Schools since February 2016, overseeing six teams responsible for recruiting a diverse workforce of approximately 42,000 employees. With expertise in both domestic and international recruitment, Christine designs strategies for the largest local employer in Chicago, supporting over 1,000 hiring managers. Christine also managed significant federal mental health grants, directing multi-year projects totaling $17.5 million through the U.S. Department of Education. Previous experience includes roles in talent acquisition at AUSL, where Christine successfully sourced and recruited for 32 Chicago Public Schools, and consulting with Christine Murphy Consulting, developing educational programming and recruitment strategies. Christine Judson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and History from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dominican University.
