Esther Taylor is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching languages and supporting English language learners. Currently serving as a Foreign Language Instructor at Chicago Public Schools since August 2017, Esther has previously worked as a 2nd Grade Dual Language Teacher at Mark Twain Primary School and as an ESL Teacher in District 111, focusing on grades K-8. Esther also has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Spanish at Olivet Nazarene University, a Professor of Spanish at Kankakee Community College, and a High School Spanish Teacher at Emil G. Hirsch High School. Esther holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Rockford University and dual Bachelor's degrees in African-American Studies and African-American Historical Studies with a minor in Latin American Studies from Northwestern University.
