Ana Paula Martínez Romero

Ana Paula Martínez Romero is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biotechnology and education. Currently serving as a judge and advisor for the iGEM Competition, Ana Paula also leads mathematical modeling for the iGEM Tec CEM team, where innovative research on enzymatic mechanisms and the impact of endocrine disrupting chemicals is conducted. In addition to scientific pursuits, Ana Paula instructs foreign languages at GoStudent, achieving high certification rates among students and earning recognition for exceptional teaching commitment. Previous roles include an internship at Procter & Gamble Mexico, where process improvements were implemented, and a bilingual customer service position at Abbott, noted for high customer satisfaction. Ana Paula holds a degree in Multicultural High School from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is pursuing a B.S. in Biotechnology Engineering at the same institution.
