Jonathan Priest

Jonathan (Jon) Priest currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Chicago Public Schools, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Associate Attorney at Hodges, Loizzi, Eisenhammer, Rodick & Kohn LLP and Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins, Ltd. Jonathan's extensive experience in education includes serving as the Director of Community Partnerships at St. Philip Neri School and as Assistant Principal & Director of Marketing at Our Lady of Charity School, where Jonathan was instrumental in recruitment and retention efforts. Additionally, Jonathan has a background in teaching, having held positions as a Computer Technology Teacher and a Middle School Teacher. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Master of Education from Loyola University Chicago.
