Katherine Eischens is a Data Coordinator for the Chief Education Office at Chicago Public Schools, where responsibilities include supporting multiple offices in enhancing the Instructional Core through data analysis and project management. Katherine has contributed to the development of 40 Shared Metrics for unified academic goals and served as a Northwestern University Public Interest Program Fellow, focusing on organizational change and the implementation of a predictive data framework. Previously, Katherine gained experience as a Strategic Planning Intern within the Department of Continuous Improvement at Chicago Public Schools, where responsibilities included managing district improvement initiatives and conducting educational policy research. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy from Northwestern University and is a graduate of Park Hill South High School.
