Peter McElligott

Peter McElligott is an experienced professional in the flooring industry with a diverse background in leadership and technical skills. Currently serving as a Dues Processor and Delegate at Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council since October 2021, Peter also holds the position of Financial Secretary/Treasurer at Floorlayers Local 1310 since March 2019, after previously serving as President from March 2016 to March 2019. As a Journeyman at Floorlayers Local 1310 since September 2000, responsibilities include the installation of various floor coverings. Peter's educational background includes a degree in INSTALL train the trainer at Carpenters International Training Fund from 2018 to 2022, a Journeyman certification from the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Program (2000-2005), and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Hillsborough Community College (1993-1999).
