Tom Schwan

Tom Schwan is an experienced millwright and construction professional currently working at Bilfinger since January 2023. Holding the position of President at Millwright Local 716 since July 2015, Tom also serves as a delegate and Sergeant of Arms for the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council. Prior to their current role, Tom gained hands-on experience as a millwright at Widman Construction, Inc. from January 2020 to December 2022, and at 7 Star Mechanical as a Project Manager for a brief period in late 2019. Tom held the title of Superintendent at L. Keeley Construction from February 2009 to September 2019. Tom Schwan's educational background includes studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
