Alyssa Hagen

Alyssa Hagen serves as the Associate Director of Donor and Development Services at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since June 2022, contributing to donor engagement and stewardship through innovative social media and email communication strategies. Prior experience includes the role of Annual Fund and Database Manager at the Music Institute of Chicago, focusing on financial reconciliation and integrating data systems. Alyssa has also held positions as Data Services Manager at Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, where support was provided during a major database conversion, and Development Data Services Manager at the Chicago History Museum, managing annual fund appeals for a significant capital campaign. Additional roles in the development field include Gift Processor and Development Assistant, where data management and donor relations were key responsibilities. Alyssa holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage and Preservation Studies from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Classics with a focus on Archaeology from Hampshire College.
