Stephanie Zapalac

Stephanie Zapalac joins the Chicago Title National Commercial Services team with close to a decade of industry experience under her belt. In her day-to-day work life, she facilitates title and escrow services, commercial real estate resales and refinances, and pushes complex transactions toward the finish line. She takes pride in her ability to provide creative solutions for her clients, and her ability to say ‘yes’ when others would have said ‘no’. Specializing in the hospitality sector, she will be joining Steven Senft and Ryan Huntsman in the Chicago Title National Hospitality Group.
