Andrea Hagerman

Andrea Hagerman is an experienced professional in data sourcing and management, currently serving as the Head of Data Sourcing at Chicago Trading Company since October 2022. In addition to leading global data sourcing strategies and managing global data services, Andrea is a co-founder and leads the CTC Women Employee Resource Group. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Data Management Lead at Citadel, focused on alternative data and market data procurement. Previous experience includes serving as Technology Finance Manager at Virtu Financial, where Andrea managed global financial market data services, and positions at KCG Holdings and GETCO in procurement and executive assistance roles. Andrea began career endeavors at Mercedes-Benz USA as a Regional Coordinator and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
