Randy Holndoner has a diverse work experience. Randy started in 1989 as a Freight Rate Analyst at TranzAct Technologies Inc., where they worked until 1993. From 1993 to 2001, they worked at CTC Services as a Programmer Analyst, using UniBasic, System Builder, and RedBack for programming in a UniData environment. Randy developed numerous programs and customized screens for clients, provided support for data entry programs, and worked on year-end accounting reports. In 2001, Randy joined Chicago Tube & Iron as a Programmer Analyst. Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, they served as Sgt. of Arms at Argonne ToastMasters.

Randy Holndoner pursued their education starting from 1991 to 1996 at the DeVry Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Following this, they furthered their education from 2006 to 2008 at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, focusing on Information Systems Management, and receiving a Masters degree in the same field.
