Dionysius Hall

Managing Director at Chicago Urban League

Dionysius Hall has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations. Dionysius started their career in 2008 as a Mobile Precinct Assistant at the Chicago Board of Elections, where they worked until 2014. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Culture & Climate Specialist at the Chicago Public Schools, which they held until 2015.

In 2015, Dionysius joined the Chicago Urban League and took on various roles. Dionysius started as a Youth Advocate in March 2015 and later became an Operations Manager/ Human Capital Center in September 2016. From July 2017 to January 2018, they served as an Operations Manager at the Youth Development Center. Subsequently, Dionysius took on the role of Sr. Manager of Operations and Special Projects/Youth Development starting in January 2018. Finally, in July 2022, they were promoted to the position of Managing Director, which they currently hold at the Chicago Urban League.

Dionysius Hall attended DePaul University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science. Dionysius also studied African American Studies and Political Science as a pre-field of study.
