Neil Axon

Neil Axon currently serves as the Head of Campus - Student Experience at Activate Learning since January 2022. Previously, Neil held multiple roles at Chichester College, including Professional Learning Coach for 14-16 & Foundation Programmes, Lecturer with a specialism in Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties, and Study Program Leader for GCSE English and NCFE Sport & Travel. Neil also has experience as a Learning Support Assistant at Chichester College and worked as a Claims Adjuster for personal motor claims at Sabre Insurance, as well as a Claims Negotiator for specialist commercial fleet motor policies at RSA. Neil earned a PGCE/Cert Ed in Education from the University of Portsmouth between 2014 and 2017 and has an educational background that includes studies at Chichester College and Tanbridge House School.
