Jackie Jags serves as the Senior Director of the In-House Agency at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since December 2015, previously holding roles as Director of Marketing Effectiveness and Operations and Director of Public Relations, where responsibilities included supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and developing communications strategies for over 2,500 restaurants. Prior experience includes positions at Ketchum as a Senior Public Relations Consultant, overseeing healthcare accounts, and roles at Zeno Group and Red Havas US, where Jackie led public relations initiatives for major healthcare brands. Jackie has been recognized as one of QSR Magazine's "Young Leaders to Watch" in 2021 and is a graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Public Relations.
