Rachel Lee Phipps

Rachel Lee Phipps is a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital transformation and technology. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for Atlanta Ballet and a Sr. Strategic Digital Partner at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center, Rachel specializes in cyber risk engineering, customer data privacy, and department-specific technology. Holding multiple advisory roles, including Board Advisor for the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, Rachel contributes significantly to educational initiatives and has experience on the Strategic Board of Directors at Tech Alpharetta. Previous roles include a Sr. IT Consultant at NCR Corporation, where alignment of IT initiatives with business strategies was a key focus, as well as an IT Enrollment Solutions Analyst at Aflac. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Internet Technology and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia, along with a study abroad experience in International Business in China and additional coursework from Harvard Business School Online.
