Hemant Sahasrabudhe has over 25 years of work experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Systems Analyst. Hemant has worked for various companies such as Procentrix, LLC, Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc., Karsun Solutions, LLC, Data Systems Analyst, Navy Federal Credit Union, Tetra Tech (Tt) AMT, AOL : America Online, IMF : The International Monetary Fund, and Optimos Inc. Throughout their career, Hemant has been involved in a range of projects including enterprise architecture, electronic health records, software and hardware asset management, FAA procurement system, victim notification systems, member portal development, and CRM systems. Hemant has demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, translation of business needs into software requirements, and system design.

Hemant Sahasrabudhe began their education journey in 1970 at the University of Pune, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Hemant successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1975.

Afterward, Hemant went on to pursue a Master of Science in Statistics at the University of Pune from 1975 to 1977. Hemant acquired a strong foundation in statistical analysis during this period.

In 2012, Hemant expanded their educational background by enrolling in two certification programs. Firstly, they completed the Business Analysis Certified Professional (BACP) program at Learning Tree. This program provided him with expertise in business analysis, enhancing their skills in this field.

Secondly, Hemant earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential from the Scrum Alliance in the same year. This certification emphasized their knowledge and abilities in Agile project management and specifically as a product owner using the Scrum framework.
