Eli Fattal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eli started their career at Carpedia International as a Results Consultant and Senior Consultant, focusing on supply chain and operational improvements. Eli achieved significant cost savings totaling over $30M and conducted detailed sales analysis to generate more business opportunities for the company.
After that, Eli worked at MRSI Benchmarking as a Consultant, implementing sustainable changes and improvements for small and medium-sized firms. Eli successfully revised sales strategies, leading to a 25% increase in annualized revenue at an advertising and promotions firm and a 20% increase in sales and 6% increase in net profit at a masonry distributor.
Following their time at MRSI Benchmarking, Eli joined Johnson Controls as a Field Business Analyst. Eli led the development of the Canadian financial plan, collaborated with branch leadership to quantify strategies, conducted P&L analysis, and created detailed reporting tools.
Eli then joined The Coca-Cola Company and held various managerial roles. As Manager of Pricing and Revenue Growth Management, they led pricing strategies, pricing reviews, and annual and long-term pricing planning for The Minute Maid Company. Eli also created pricing guidance for the sales team. In the role of Manager of Category Revenue Growth Management, they focused on revenue growth initiatives for the Juice team based on category dynamics and the external market. As Commercial Finance Manager for Still Beverages, Eli managed finance requests, marketing spend budgets, and funding agreements.
Most recently, Eli worked at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as a Senior Consultant, Lead of Channel RGM, and Channel RGM Manager. In these roles, they developed customer-specific strategies to execute corporate revenue growth strategies and built scorecards and simulators to assess the impact of retail strategy changes on specific customers.
Currently, Eli Fattal is serving as the Director of Pricing and Markets at Chicken Farmers of Ontario.
Eli Fattal pursued their education with dedication and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program in General Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
