Lisa Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lisa began their career at Xerox in 1982, where they worked as an Account Manager for six years. Following their time at Xerox, Lisa held the position of Sales Account Manager at Pansophic Systems | Computer Associates from 1988 to 1992. Lisa then joined Accenture as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in automating business processes within the tax administration and utilities industries. In 1994, Lisa became a Sales Director at SGI, a role they held until 1996. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Charles Schwab | Compliance 11 as a Sales Director, assisting clients with automating their financial compliance environments. Lisa also served as the Board Chair for the Metro New York North Chapter of the American Red Cross from 2010 onwards. Finally, they are currently employed at Chief Executive Group, where they hold the position of VP Development, focusing on developing sponsor, advertising, research, and digital opportunities for a C-Suite audience within various industries such as software technology, consulting, aviation, hospitality, and insurance.

Lisa Cooper attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in History and Economics.
