Benefits Administrator at Chief Industries

Staci Geis, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator (Intern) at Securities America, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC for about a year. In 2015, they joined Chief Industries, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant, where they coordinated the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies. Staci also led projects and initiatives to enhance key HR programs and recommended changes to better serve employee needs and achieve organizational objectives. After two years in this role, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Generalist at the same company. In this role, they continued to coordinate HR programs and policies, and further expanded their responsibilities to include staffing, training and development, compliance, and employee relations. Staci led various projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR outcomes. Recently, since June 2021, Staci has transitioned to the role of Benefits Administrator at Chief Industries, Inc. Staci is responsible for managing the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs.

Staci Geis, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Central Community College, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In February 2018, Staci obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
