Zo Holmes

Zo Holmes is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in operations, management, and data analysis across various industries. Currently serving as a member of the Chief of Staff Network and Ask a Chief of Staff, Zo previously held the role of Chief of Staff at ReadySet, where efforts focused on enhancing efficiency through leadership in operations, HR, and finance. Prior experience includes program management at Robinhood, where Zo successfully reduced meeting times and managed company-wide product reviews, as well as a significant tenure at Squarespace that involved founding a research team, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer support. Zo began a career in online marketing at Blue Fountain Media and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, Media, and Cultural Studies from Macalester College.
