Bryan Baecker

Bryan Baecker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Chief of Staff Roundtable, Bryan is also the CEO, Founder, and Principal Consultant at Home Host Advisors and an established Airbnb Superhost. Previously, Bryan held significant roles at T-Mobile as Chief of Staff for both the Value Added Services Product Team and the Partner Products Team, as well as serving as Senior Technical Product Manager and Employer Team Lead at Bluecrew. Bryan is pursuing a Full-time MBA with a concentration in Innovation at Xavier University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
