Tom Zrubecky

Tom Zrubecky is an accomplished entrepreneur and management consultant with extensive experience in generative AI, blockchain, and digital transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Talentpilot since June 2020, Tom has created a platform that enhances organizational growth through better collaboration. Additionally, Tom serves as a mentor at Femme Palette, focused on professional development through mentorship. Tom has been advising startups and corporations on a range of topics, including fundraising and agile transformations, since January 2018. Previously, Tom held leadership roles at Creative Dock and PwC, where significant contributions to blockchain initiatives were made. Tom holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Metropolitan University Prague.
