Ramon De Jesus has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. From 1995 to 2005, they worked as a Lead Banquet Attendant at Hastings Hotel & Conference Center, supervising a team and providing upscale dining services to corporate groups. Since 2005, Ramon has been with Chief of Staff, LLC, where they hold the position of Director of Employee Relations. In this role, they are responsible for coordinating high-end events, recruitment, training, and managing service execution. Ramon is also a certified TIPS Trainer, having worked as a trainer for 7 years.
Ramon De Jesus obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Bulkeley High School, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance, General from Manchester Community College between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ramon De Jesus also obtained two certifications: Servsafe from the National Restaurant Association in February 2019 and TIPS TRAINER from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program) in August 2007.
