Rachel Niall is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in commercial property law. Currently serving as a member of senior management and heading a function at the Chief State Solicitor's Office since September 2018, Rachel has a solid background in advising on commercial property transactions and landlord-tenant issues. Prior roles include Partner at Hayes Solicitors, where Rachel led the State Leases Section and provided guidance on commercial leases and property law, as well as a long tenure as Partner at Arthur Cox, specializing in commercial property matters. Rachel's career began at Gannon & Liddy Solicitors as a solicitor focusing on property and litigation, and Rachel also held a managerial position at NCB Stockbrokers. Academically, Rachel holds a HDip in European Law from University College Dublin and a BComm in Business from the same institution, alongside a Diploma in Legal Studies from Technological University Dublin.
