Amy Kan, MBA, ACC, is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development expert. As the Founder and Lead Coach at The Workplace Initiative since April 2018, Amy focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence and critical leadership skills among executives and teams. Current roles also include serving as an Executive Coach and Core Guide at Chief, as well as a Leadership Catalyst, Coach, and Facilitator for Q595, where Amy conducts corporate leadership development programs for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Amy provides one-on-one coaching for executives at Growthspace, and previously coached women leaders in the AWE Accelerator program. With a background in marketing and communications at notable companies such as Vubiquity and British Airways, Amy holds an MBA from London Business School and is a certified professional coach from iPEC Coaching.
