Amy Yoder

Amy Yoder is a highly experienced professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development at Exclusive Resorts since October 2015. Yoder's extensive background includes previous roles as Vice President of Human Resources for both Exclusive Resorts and the American Cancer Society, where strategic direction and organizational change management were key focuses. As a Chief Member since March 2022, Yoder is part of a network dedicated to advancing women into leadership roles. Additional experience includes senior HR positions at Pantheon Enterprises, Logan Industries, and K&F Printing Systems Intl., complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University and HR certifications.
