Danielle Grado

Danielle Grado is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in performance management, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, and HR administration and compliance. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since September 2022, Danielle holds the position of VP of Human Resources-Retail at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since February 2022. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Macy's from July 2016 to January 2022, Human Resources Director at Lord & Taylor from July 2015 to July 2016, and various HR management positions at Macy's from 2010 to 2015. Danielle began a career in recruiting as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek in early 2010 and also has a background in management from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Hartford.
