Diane E. O'Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workplace culture, legal consulting, and mental health advocacy. Currently serving as President and Workplace Culture Reinvention Strategist at Sorting it Out since June 2021, Diane leads initiatives in strategy services, speaking engagements, and leadership coaching to enhance workplace environments. As a Stability Leader for The Stability Network, Diane works to reduce stigma surrounding mental health conditions, while also contributing as a member of InsideOut LeaderBoard and Chief. Diane holds diverse legal expertise through roles such as Mediator and Independent Arbitrator at do ADR, Consultant at 360 Business Law America, and previous positions at PwC, The O'Connell Firm, and Paul Hastings.
