Jo McKinney

Jo McKinney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Board of Innovation and Chief Marketing and Growth Officer at Elemind Technologies, Inc., McKinney is focused on unlocking AI's potential and driving market expansion. As a member of WE ARE THE BOARD, McKinney contributes to a network of experts providing fractional talent to accelerate business growth. McKinney is also a founding member of Chief and has directed the philanthropic initiative Through the Eyes of Children, empowering children to share their stories. Previously, McKinney led Burns Group as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, founded BGIN, and consulted at McKinney & Sons, along with roles at Mondelēz International and North Castle NextStep. McKinney holds a BS degree in Communications and English Literature from Cornell University and completed executive education in Accounting and Finance at Columbia Business School.
