Kristin Hazlewood

Kristin Hazlewood is a seasoned executive in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for BigFix at HCL Software since February 2018, where Kristin effectively drives strategic direction and oversees P&L accountability while leading the successful transition of BigFix from IBM. In addition, Kristin holds an executive membership in the International LEAP Network since July 2023, connecting with global leaders to foster growth and impact. Prior to their role at HCL Software, Kristin was with IBM from 2002 to 2018, where Kristin progressed from Software Engineer to Director of Development for BigFix, managing a global product development team and earning over 35 software patents. Kristin's educational background includes the Global Women's Leadership Program at Wharton Executive Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
