Kristina Kaufmann

Kristina Kaufmann is a seasoned nonprofit consultant with over twenty years of experience in fundraising, strategic visioning, and organizational leadership. Currently, Kristina serves as a Nonprofit Consultant at Lossing Inc. and is a member of Chief, a network designed for women executives. Previously, Kristina held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Brighton Marine, overseeing a $150 million revenue nonprofit supporting service members and their families. As the CEO and co-founder of the Code of Support Foundation, Kristina developed a national nonprofit aimed at integrating support services for military families. Earlier career highlights include consulting for military and veteran family programs and serving as a Family Readiness Group Leader in the US Army. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
