Laura-Elizabeth Ware

Laura-Elizabeth Ware has extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, primarily with Oracle since November 1999, where Laura-Elizabeth has held several key roles including Senior Vice President of HCM Cloud Applications for North America and Group Vice President of HCM Cloud Applications. Laura-Elizabeth has managed teams supporting various industries and has been instrumental in sales, closing multi-million dollar deals while building trusted relationships with clients. Prior to Oracle, Laura-Elizabeth worked at Lockheed Martin as an HR Systems Analyst, focusing on metrics and risk analysis. Laura-Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University New Orleans and has continued education at Tulane University.
