Lucy Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resilience coaching, credit risk management, and finance. As the Founder of GiftedCoaching.Info since March 2022, Lucy specializes in empowering individuals to develop resilience in both personal and professional realms. Additionally, as a Founding Member of Chief, Lucy contributes to the San Francisco Chapter by organizing events that connect executive women. Lucy's background includes serving as the Deputy Chief Credit Officer and Head of Independent Risk Controls at Mosaic, as well as a long tenure at Wells Fargo as a Credit Risk Analytics Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at UnitedHealth Group and Ecology and Environment, Inc. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
