Lynn Shaw

Lynn Shaw currently serves as a Member at Chief and The Rooted Sisters and holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Brinkmann Constructors since October 2021. With extensive experience at Enterprise Holdings from 2005 to 2021, Lynn has held various leadership roles focusing on organizational performance, talent development, and human resources within the IT Division, including directing talent acquisition and rebuilding organizational frameworks post-recession. Previous experience includes Division Vice President - Human Resources at May Department Stores Company, overseeing HR practices for a significant corporate division. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southeast Missouri State University.
