Marianne E. Weiss

Marianne E. Weiss, IIDA, LEED AP, serves as Principal and Director of Design at HOK since May 2023, focusing on expanding the Interior Design Practice in Boston. Concurrently, Marianne holds leadership roles as Co-Chair of the Workplace Innovation Committee at IIDA New England and as a Founding Member of Chief, a network designed to empower women leaders. Previous roles include Design Principal at Unispace, where responsibilities included mentoring and business development, and Design Director at Gensler, overseeing interior design projects across various sectors. Other notable experiences encompass a Senior Interior Designer position at Elkus Manfredi Architects and an Adjunct Professor role at the New England School of Art and Design. Marianne holds a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colgate University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
