Monique Dozier

Monique Dozier has extensive experience in advancement and fundraising across multiple academic institutions. Currently a member at the Chief organization, Monique previously served as Vice Chancellor for Advancement and President of the UCR Foundation at the University of California, Riverside. Monique's prior roles include Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Morehouse College and various positions at Michigan State University, including Assistant Vice President for Advancement Information Systems and Donor Strategy, Director of Advancement Information Systems, and Director of Development and External Relations. Monique also held the position of Senior Director of Annual and Special Giving at DePaul University. Monique holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and a degree from Bethel College.
