Paru Radia, C-Suite Whisperer®, is an accomplished business leader and consultant with extensive experience in executive roles and entrepreneurial ventures. As Principal at Paru Radia LLC since February 2020, Paru focuses on supporting CEOs and corporate executives in leadership dynamics. In addition, Paru is an author with an upcoming book titled "Keeping It Real," set for publication in December 2025. Paru co-founded Chief, a network for women leaders, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Double Gemini, scaling operations for high-profile clients. Noteworthy entrepreneurial achievements include founding iKen Watches and Aargee Inc., both of which achieved significant business milestones. Paru's career at British Airways spanned over a decade, culminating in the position of Director of Commercial Planning, following a progression from trainee. Paru holds multiple degrees in Human Resource Management and Purchasing.
