Rebecca Ostrov

Rebecca Ostrov, MPA, is a seasoned leader in strategy and planning with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and education sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy & Planning Transformation Lead at Pfizer since November 2017, Rebecca oversees marketing transformation initiatives and operational planning for critical vaccine launches. Prior roles include Global Launch Operations Lead for an mRNA influenza vaccine and Senior Director at Pfizer, where strategic consulting services were provided to executive leadership. Additionally, Rebecca founded Falter Dog, LLC, focusing on strategic consultancy in various sectors, and led the WE Charity’s global initiatives. With a strong foundation in product development and corporate strategy at The College Board, Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College. Rebecca is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women leaders.
