Rohshann Pilla

Rohshann Pilla has extensive experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field, currently serving as Chief Member at Chief. Previously, Rohshann was the President at Aquent Talent and held the position of Recruiting Leader for Creative, Marketing, and Digital at Aquent. Rohshann began a career in technical recruitment as a Resource Development Manager at Modis and started with a role as Training Assistant at the Nevada Small Business Development Center. Rohshann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Portland State University in 2007 and attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2002 to 2005.
