Shannon Duval

Shannon Duval, FAHP, CFRE, serves as the Global Chief Development Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Principal and Owner of Good Today Better Tomorrow Advisers, LLC, providing leadership coaching and strategic advisement to global healthcare nonprofits. Previously, Shannon held senior leadership positions in philanthropy at CommonSpirit Health, where over $300 million was raised in FY22, and Catholic Health Initiatives, achieving significant operational cost savings. Shannon's earlier experience includes successful fundraising roles at Mercy Medical Center, UnityPoint Health, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the University of Iowa Foundation. Shannon holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Drake University Law School, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Luther College.
