Valerie Mulrooney

Valerie Mulrooney is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Chief Member since November 2022. Valerie has held various roles at PwC since January 2018, including Partner (Principal) in International Tax Services and International Tax Director, and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in diverse capacities from October 2005 to December 2017. Valerie's expertise includes U.S. federal tax issues related to inbound and outbound investments, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining PwC, Valerie was responsible for establishing Boeing’s European tax team from October 2014 to October 2015 and took a career break to travel between November 2015 and September 2016. Valerie holds multiple qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is an Enrolled Agent since 2013.
